The Dusthole was a mixed experience, with light and airy rooms but thick smoke smell causing discomfort. The service varied from very helpful and friendly to grumpy and unwelcoming. The location was perfect for our needs, quiet and cozy, but with some limitations in the pub atmosphere. The dining quality ranged from basic to hot and tasty dishes. Overall, a place with ups and downs worth considering.
The hotel is situated perfectly for my needs, close to important venues and within reach of interesting villages. The rooms, while comfortable and spacious, lacked a proper work area and showed signs of neglect in cleanliness. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful staff member making my stay enjoyable. The dining experience offered a good selection, although the breakfast room was lacking. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor areas for improvement.
